Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week (Hybrid considered)

We’re looking for experienced, talented, and ambitious professionals to join us on an exciting journey as we continue our rapid growth, based on our Leicester office. As a Portfolio Account Manager within the Elite stream for the I&C (Industrial & Commercial) division, you will take ownership of a portfolio of high-value, complex accounts. This role is focused on strategic account leadership, commercial optimisation, and delivering long-term value through exceptional partner management.

You will be responsible for navigating complex tender processes, making informed and strategic pricing decisions, and leveraging strong sales acumen to drive financial growth. Through effective key account management, you will maximise contract renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and strengthen long-term partner relationships.

You will bring experience in building strong, trust-based relationships, with a proven track record of enhancing client satisfaction and retention within the business utility sector.

Acting as a key point of contact for Yu Energy, you will support your partners’ ongoing performance, build strong networks within each organisation, and create additional value through regular engagement, support, and collaboration.

From the moment a prospect agrees to become a Yü customer, you will manage the end-to-end interaction throughout their lifecycle. Your focus will be on onboarding performance, billing, revenue management and cash management performance and Smart Install bookings.
