Responsibilities

- Lead and support New Store Openings (NSO), ensuring smooth operational setup and launch execution.
- Ensure operational readiness and compliance with company standards across all branches.
- Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across assigned stores.
- Monitor key business metrics including labor productivity, food cost, inventory, and overall store performance.
- Implement strategies to improve operational effectiveness and maximize business results.
- Ensure strict compliance with food quality, kitchen operations, sanitation, and food safety standards.
- Maintain consistency in BOH execution, inventory management, and operational discipline.
- Conduct regular operational audits and corrective action implementation.
- Lead, coach, and develop Operations Managers and Store Leaders.
- Promote high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and leadership support.
- Ensure operational teams are aligned with company goals and service standards.
- Work closely with HR, QA, Supply Chain, and Training teams to support operational requirements.
- Coordinate staffing, training, supply availability, and quality initiatives across stores.
- Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 10+ years of experience in restaurant operations leadership.
- Strong background in high-volume casual dining operations.
- Proven experience handling both restaurant operations and New Store Openings (NSO).
- Strong expertise in Back-of-House (BOH) and kitchen operations.
- Knowledgeable in food safety, inventory management, and operational systems.
- Strong leadership, people management, and operational execution skills.
