Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate interview schedules and meetings between candidates and recruiters, ensuring all parties are informed of details.
- →Provide administrative support to the recruitment team and manage job advertisements on platforms like job boards and social media.
- →Source candidates proactively through databases, professional networks, and referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- →Review resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial screenings to assess qualifications and fit.
- →Maintain up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS), providing timely updates to candidates and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy in managing records.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and labor laws.
- Logistics or trucking industry experience is preferred.
