Our Human Resources department is looking for a part-time HR Assistant to join their team!

This position is 12-16 hours per week.

Responsibilities

→Create badges for new hires and replacement badges for employees
→Manage the ID badge email
→Electronically file HR, Payroll, Talent files such as new hire paperwork, term paperwork, medical information, employment information, biweekly payroll information
→Create and organize employment and medical files for employees
→Open, organize, scan, and send or file incoming mail
→Send onboarding materials to new hires and/or their managers
→Print, file, and mail out term letters
→Send welcome email to new hires that contain log-in information
→Support HR staff as needed

✓HS diploma or equivalent. A associates/ bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

✓Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative role, with exposure to HR functions preferred.

✓Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

✓Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is preferred.

✓Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices is preferred.

✓Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

✓Willingness to learn and adapt to changing HR processes and technologies.
