Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Managing the application process of Offshore & RLIC passes
- →Keep track of the passes' validity and update the tracker
- →Follow up with crew on Timesheet submission by month-end
- →Submit timesheets to payroll.
- →Upload relevant documents & Certificates on DAWINCI Portal
- →Coordinate with clients for Chopper bookings
- →Coordinate with clients and vendors for crew mobilization and transportation to/from the heliport
- →Generation of Job Number & Job Files
- →Generation of Purchase Requisitions & Purchase Orders
- →Booking flight tickets & accommodation
- →Managing offshore medical appointments
- →Managing OMFC renewals
- →Keep the onboarding tracker up to date
- →Attend the weekly meeting with the mobility AMEC lead.
Requirements
~1 min read- Degree in Business/ Engineering discipline
- Experience in O&G Industry
- Experience with Offshore pass application System
- Experience managing offshore medical appointments & OMFCs
- Experience with manpower & Equipment mobilizations
- Local Hires Only - Qatar
- 4-6 years of previous experience in a similar role.
