3D Cake Decorator Assistant

We are looking for a creative and motivated 3D Cake Decorator Assistant to support the pastry team in preparing and decorating cakes, pastries, and desserts. The ideal candidate will assist in daily production, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure that all food hygiene and safety requirements are followed.

• →Assist in creating 3D cakes.
• →Assist in ensuring all food items are properly washed, sanitised, and stored.
• →Assist in using mixing and blending machines, ensuring consistency in production.
• →Assist in decorating pastries and desserts to meet company standards.
• →Assist the Head of Pastry in establishing new products.
• →Assist in adhering to hygiene and safety standards within the food department and ensuring that all legal requirements are met.

• Previous experience in cake decorating or pastry preparation will be considered an asset.
• Basic knowledge of cake decorating techniques and pastry preparation.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
