Our culinary team fuels the momentum with elevated dishes for banquets, rooftop events, bars, restaurants, and late-night in-room dining.  As a Cook II, you’ll bring next-level skill, creativity, and consistency to a kitchen that supports everything from high-volume conventions to luxury weddings and intimate private events. Every plate is a performance — and we’re looking for someone ready to deliver a show-stopping experience.    🎸 Your Mission  As a Cook II, you’re a seasoned culinary pro with strong technique, excellent timing, and a passion for great food.
