• →Greet and engage guests in a friendly, professional manner.
• →Take and process food and beverage orders, offer recommendations, and address guest inquiries or concerns.
• →Ensure prompt, accurate service with high standards of presentation.
• →Monitor inventory, assist with ordering and restocking, and rotate stock to reduce waste and ensure freshness.
• →Polish cutlery and other items to maintain cleanliness and quality.
• →Collaborate with kitchen, bar, housekeeping, and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
• →Attend staff meetings and training sessions as needed.
• →Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, and report maintenance or safety issues promptly

• An up-to-date Victorian RSA 
• Relevant experience in a similar role 
• Barista skills highly regarded
• Basic wine knowledge highly regarded
• Ability to prepare essential cocktails
• Working rights in Australia 
• Proficient in English and confident in delivering storylines to guest 
• Enthusiastic to escalate your career
