Talent Acquisition Analyst 1 CR (Temporary 6 months)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team. This role will support recruitment and selection processes, mainly focused on production operator positions for manufacturing.  The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, customer service orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

This role will be responsible for supporting and coordinating recruitment, selection, onboarding, and administrative hiring activities.

• Coordinate the personnel hiring process, including communication with hiring managers, CV review, candidate screening, interview coordination, and selection follow-up.
• Support recruitment and selection processes for production operators and operational roles in manufacturing environments.
• Source candidates through different recruitment channels, including job boards, websites, social media, job fairs, universities, and other talent sources.
• Coordinate and conduct candidate interviews, including written, phone, video, and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate pre-employment assessments and selection requirements, such as medical tests, manual skills tests, or other evaluations for contributor positions.
• Assist hiring managers throughout the candidate selection process.
• Publish internal and external job openings across different recruiting platforms.
• Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring quality content and a positive candidate experience.
• Deliver onboarding sessions with key information for new employees.
• Manage onboarding documentation and ensure all required documents are completed and properly filed.
• Prepare personnel files, review documentation in detail, and enter new hire information into the system according to established procedures.
• Lead, coordinate, and execute the student recruitment process for the internship program, including onboarding activities.
• Identify and propose improvements to recruitment and orientation processes.

• At least 50% completion of a university bachelor’s degree.
• Must be currently enrolled in a university program.
• Preferred fields: Human Resources- Business Administration. 

• Experience in recruitment and selection of production operators for manufacturing plants.
• Experience managing attraction, assessment, interview, and hiring processes for operational personnel.
• Experience with high-volume or mass recruitment processes is preferred.
