We’re on a mission to create a healthy workplace where people feel valued and supported. To strengthen our internal operations, we’re looking for a proactive HR Generalist who will also oversee and develop our group-wide people initiatives.

We are seeking a Head People and Culture  (part-time(>30 hrs.), who runs our group-wide HR initiatives across Germany and India.  We are looking for someone with seniority who can guide as well as define and implement workflows along the entire employee journey, providing guidance for employees and management, and working hands-on within a small team.

  Lead and inspire our small team (2 direct report) in Germany and India, fostering a collaborative environment

• →

  Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and managers on all HR-related topics

• →

  Shape and execute key People & Culture initiatives (e.g. performance reviews, engagement surveys, learning and development programs)

• →

  Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies

• →

  Develop and implement internal policies for both entities in Germany and India

• →

  Lead the documentation and creation of a shared employee intranet

• →

  Lead the optimization of our HRIS usage (Rippling) 

• →

  Enable and lead process automations and efficient use of technologies

• →

  Support Learning & Development initiatives, specially focusing on training and enabling the organization’s AI literacy and usage

  Support payroll preparation and execution for both Germany and India, in coordination with finance and external providers

  Oversee recruiting and ensure that our processes in recruiting run smoothly
