In this role, you will support the dynamic talent needs by identifying, assessing, and connecting the best talent to the perfect retail leadership role. In collaboration with the business, you will execute innovative recruitment strategies, participate in recruitment-related projects, and apply influence and expertise to your partnerships. This recruiter is preferred to be in the EST or CST time zone. As a recruiter, you will: * Lead the full-cycle recruitment process as a talent advisor * Source passive talent and create talent pipelines for key roles across business * Contribute to the development of recruitment strategies – using data to generate insights and influence decisions * Deliver brand-worthy candidate experiences * Build, grow, and leverage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization We’d love to hear from people with: * Three or more years recruiting experience in a high growth, fast-paced environment * Three or more years human resources, staffing and recruitment or related experience * A solutions-oriented, “what’s possible” mindset and approach that contributes to a culture of curiosity As a Starbucks partner, you (and your family) will have access to medical, dental, vision, basic and supplemental life insurance, and other voluntary insurance benefits. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
