Senior Project Manager /Security projects

CyberPro Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager – Security Projects to lead and deliver complex security-related projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully implementing security projects, strong knowledge of security environments, and the ability to manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving project delivery, maintaining effective governance, engaging senior stakeholders, and ensuring that security initiatives are delivered in line with business objectives, agreed timelines, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage security projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring successful delivery against agreed scope, timelines, and objectives. Manage multiple security projects and workstreams concurrently, ensuring alignment with strategic business priorities. Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, project plans, reporting structures, and delivery controls. Engage with C-suite executives, senior management, and SteerCo members to communicate progress, address challenges, and facilitate decision-making. Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, project meetings, steering committee sessions, and stakeholder engagements. Monitor project milestones, deliverables, resources, dependencies, and timelines to ensure effective execution. Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including security specialists, IT teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers. Prepare and present project status reports, dashboards, and management updates. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all project workstreams. Drive accountability across project teams and ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards. Support the implementation of security initiatives in line with organisational requirements and business objectives. Minimum Requirements Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering security-related projects. Strong knowledge and practical experience in managing security projects within complex IT environments. Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, governance frameworks, and delivery best practices. Experience engaging with C-suite executives, senior stakeholders, and SteerCo members. Proven ability to facilitate daily stand-ups, project meetings, and governance forums. Strong stakeholder management, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent planning, organisational, risk management, and reporting capabilities. Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver projects in a fast-paced environment.
