HR Coordinator

Location: Austin, TX (Home Office)
Schedule: Full-time, hybrid; in-office 3 days per week

At Innovetive Petcare, we support a growing network of 80+ veterinary hospitals dedicated to providing exceptional care to pets and the people who love them. We're looking for a detail-oriented, service-driven HR Coordinator to support our human resources operations, manage the employee onboarding process, and help ensure new team members are ready to succeed from day one.

In this role, you'll coordinate the new hire experience from offer acceptance through their first day, oversee pre-employment screening and employment documentation, maintain accurate employee records, and serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers. You'll collaborate with Recruiting, HR Business Partners, Payroll, Operations, and hospital leadership to deliver a consistent, efficient, and welcoming onboarding experience across our organization.
