The Human Resources Manager is responsible for managing and executing all day-to-day human resources functions at the branch location while ensuring alignment with corporate HR policies, procedures, and business objectives. This is a hands-on, operational role that requires direct involvement in employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, attendance, compliance, and workforce planning.

The HR Manager serves as the primary HR contact for branch employees and local management, providing practical guidance and timely support on employee matters. The position reports directly to the Director of Human Resources at Corporate and works closely with branch leadership to maintain a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.

The ideal candidate is a working HR professional who takes ownership of daily responsibilities, follows through on employee and management issues, maintains accurate records, and executes HR processes rather than simply delegating them.
