As a TA, you will spearhead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, ensuring a seamless pipeline for both technical and non‑technical roles. Leveraging advanced sourcing techniques, you will identify and engage top talent while maintaining a strong employer brand in the competitive corporate landscape. Your role will involve partnering closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into strategic hiring plans, optimizing recruitment metrics, and providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvement. Equipped with deep business acumen, you will balance urgency and quality, ensuring the organization attracts leaders who align with its culture and growth trajectory.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Drive talent acquisition strategy for core and leadership positions across multiple business units

• Manage full‑cycle recruiting from market research to offer acceptance and onboarding

• Implement and continuously improve sourcing tactics, focusing on passive and niche candidate pools

• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job specifications, interview frameworks, and decision‑making criteria

• Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, source‑of‑hire, quality‑of‑hire) to report on performance and ROI

• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the hiring process

• Conduct market and benchmark salary analyses to support competitive compensation planning

• Build and nurture talent pipelines for high‑volume and critical roles, incorporating talent mapping and succession planning

• Represent the organization at industry events, career fairs, and virtual networking sessions to elevate brand presence

• Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and corporate hiring policies

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a corporate recruitment setting

• Demonstrated success in sourcing and hiring senior‑level leaders across technology and business functions

• Proficiency with ATS, Boolean search, and advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Entelo, Hiretual)

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate recruitment data into actionable strategy

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to influence decision‑makers

• Deep understanding of the local talent market in Mumbai, Thane, and Navi Mumbai, including talent supply and competitor insights

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment while maintaining high attention to detail

• Proactive approach to process improvement and continuous learning in recruitment technologies

• Commitment to fostering an inclusive recruitment experience for all candidates
