• →Ensure efficient, friendly and professional service is provided to all guests

• →Warmly welcome & serve our guests

• →Be an expert on the hotel, know it inside and out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience

• →Meet & connect with our guests and give them an experience beyond their expectations

• →Assisting all guests with menu, dietary requirements and recommendations

• →Ensuring accuracy with requests, orders and service delivery

• →Use of POS system

• →Ensuring all service areas are immaculate

• →Maintaining standards of hygiene and food handling

• Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment

• Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA)

• Has a positive, can-do attitude

• Enjoys working in a fast paced environment

• Barista skills advantageous

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
