Restaurant Shift Manager - Zhen Bang & Noodle

The Restaurant Shift Manager is responsible for directly overseeing the operations of the food and beverage outlet on an assigned shift.

• →Responsible for overall management of restaurant for a particular shift
• →Creates and ensures a fresh, positive and exciting environment where sanitation, flawless delivery and execution of product excellence and service are paramount
• →Accountable for and dedicated to ensuring service commitments, standards/expectations, financial goals, and policies/procedures are consistently upheld
• →Builds rapport, commitment, and loyalty with team members and guests
• →Ensures that service is carried out in accordance with established policy
• →Trains and evaluates all restaurant personnel and enforces food and beverage policies and procedures
• →Ensures sanitation compliance throughout restaurants
• →Handles customer complaints
• →Responsible for meeting profit goals in all the restaurants
• →Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements within area of responsibility
• →Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment
• Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino/Hotel areas
• Must be able to work holidays and weekends, as well as flexible shifts and/or unusual hours
• Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 25 lbs

• Three to five years’ experience in full service restaurant management
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in a related field
• Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand)
