You'll be at the center of the action, delivering personalized service, anticipating guest needs, and ensuring every event hits all the right notes.   🎸 Your Mission As our Roadie – Events & Banquets / Catering Concierge, you'll help turn event plans into memorable experiences. From welcoming guests to coordinating last-minute details, you'll anticipate needs, solve problems, and work closely with hotel teams to ensure every guest feels like a VIP.   🎤 What You'll Do ✨ Guest Experience & Service Excellence ✅ Roll out the red carpet by welcoming guests and event organizers with genuine warmth and professionalism. ✅ Be the go-to point of contact for guest requests, questions, and special arrangements, always bringing a “we've got this” attitude. ✅ Anticipate guest needs and deliver personalized service that makes every experience feel effortless. ✅ Coordinate last-minute changes with confidence, partnering with culinary, banquet, audiovisual, and other hotel teams to keep everything running smoothly.   🎸 Event Coordination & Execution ✅ Conduct pre-event walkthroughs to ensure setups, details, and event requirements are ready for showtime. ✅ Partner with banquet captains, servers, and other team members to support seamless food and beverage service. ✅ Keep an eye on event flow and jump in to resolve issues before they steal the spotlight. ✅ Coordinate vendor arrivals and communicate event details to help ensure everyone is in sync.   🤘 Operational Excellence ✅ Maintain a polished, professional presence and uphold Hard Rock's service standards throughout each event. ✅ Follow safety, cleanliness, and hygiene standards to keep event spaces guest-ready. ✅ Share guest feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the experience. ✅ Assist with post-event breakdown and ensure spaces are organized and ready for the next show.   💎 You're a Great Fit If You... ✨ Have experience in hospitality, banquets, events, or guest services, preferably in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment. ✨ Thrive in a fast-paced setting and can balance multiple priorities while staying calm and solution-focused. ✨ Build genuine connections with guests and team members through strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✨ Take initiative, anticipate needs, and know how to turn unexpected challenges into solutions. ✨ Take pride in your professional presentation, attention to detail, and commitment to exceptional service. ✨ Bring energy, flexibility, and a team-first attitude to every shift. ✨ Are available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs and event schedules.   🎓 Experience & Qualifications Previous hospitality, banquet, event, or guest service experience preferred. Hotel or luxury hospitality experience is a plus. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing event needs.
