The Building Maintenance will be responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and repair of building systems, structures, and equipment. This includes conducting regular inspections, troubleshooting, and responding to maintenance requests to ensure that all operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

• →Intermediate English is a must
• →High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or vocational training in building maintenance or a related field preferred.
• →Proven experience (2-3 years) in building maintenance, ideally in a warehouse or logistics environment.
• →Knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.
• →Familiarity with operating and maintaining warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, conveyor systems).
• →Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• →Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• →Familiarity with safety standards and regulations (OSHA, building codes).
