Remote (U.S.-based) · Full-time · $80,000–$90,000
Abacus is a progressive financial planning firm devoted to helping people expand what’s possible with money. We’re a 100% employee-owned, B Corp-certified RIA built on the belief that how you make money matters as much as how much you make. We work hard here and care deeply - about our clients, about each other, and about building a firm that reflects our values all the way through. We trust our people completely: flexible schedules, generous family leave, and the autonomy to do their best work from wherever they are. If that’s the kind of place you’ve been looking for, you belong with us.
As our HR Generalist, you’ll ensure HR processes and workflows are smooth and efficient by assessing and identifying opportunities to improve them. With a strong customer service approach and a keen eye for all the details, you’ll support both internal department and company-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong collaborator, who is internally motivated to initiate action and deeply cares about culture and the employment experience.
