French Truck Coffee is a family-owned specialty coffee company based in New Orleans, built on a simple idea: great coffee, great food, and great hospitality. What started with roasting coffee in a laundry room and delivering beans in a little yellow truck has grown into cafés and roasteries across the South—but our focus has remained the same: quality, freshness, and caring for people.

At French Truck, our kitchens play a major role in the guest experience. We believe food should be prepared with the same level of consistency, care, and attention to detail as our coffee.

• →Previous cook or kitchen experience preferred but not required

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must possess a strong commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement with a hands-on, cooperative approach in a team environment
• Strong organizational skills and accountability in completing all tasks in a thorough, accurate and timely manner

• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand for prolonged periods of time frequently
• Mix of standard office, manufacturing, and retail store environments
