Full-Time House Manager with Newborn & Toddler Care (Windermere, FL)

Compensation: $30–$35/hour
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM 
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Overview:
A warm, busy family in Windermere, FL is looking for an experienced, full-time House Manager to become a trusted part of their household. The family has two young children, a 2-year-old and a newborn, and a German Shepherd. This role is mainly household management, with hands-on support for the children and the family dog. The right candidate is organized and proactive, confident with newborns and infants, and wants a long-term position where they are treated as part of the family.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day running of the household so the home stays organized and runs smoothly
• Manage household schedules, errands, grocery shopping, and supply restocking
• Coordinate vendors, service providers, and home maintenance as needed
• Keep common areas, the kitchen, and the children’s spaces tidy, and handle family laundry
• Provide hands-on care for a newborn, including feeding, diapering, soothing, and sleep routines
• Care for a 2-year-old, with age-appropriate activities, meals, naps, and routines
• Handle daily dog care for a German Shepherd: feeding, walks, and basic upkeep
• Communicate regularly with the parents on household and childcare updates

Requirements:

• Prior House Manager or household management experience
• Proven newborn and infant care experience
• Toddler care experience
• Comfortable caring for a large dog
• Highly organized and self-directed
• Seeking a long-term, full-time position
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
