Provides administrative support to the QHSE Manager in carrying out and promoting the company’s health, safety and environmental management system across its electrical and mechanical project sites.

Responsibilities

→Track, sort, file and log weekly HSE site documentation used for trend analysis.
→Request, track and follow up on subcontractor safety documentation.
→Prepare project-specific HSE site files and binders; keep personnel-specific files current.
→Set up HSE site safety boards and emergency response postings.
→Coordinate fall protection equipment inspections and maintain the equipment inventory report.
→Send training notifications so employees stay current; update training certificates and records.
→Copy and scan certificates for new hires.
→Assemble take-away packages for in-house training sessions.
→Monitor HSE-scope equipment and issue reminders for annual inspections and calibrations.
→Check in HSE supply orders and monitor stock levels for re-ordering.
→Other administrative duties as assigned.
