We're searching for an experienced and passionate Food & Beverage Manager to lead our food and beverage operation, inspire a high-performing team, and help shape unforgettable experiences for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Food & Beverage Manager, you'll take ownership of all food and beverage operations across the hotel, including:

• Moxy Bar & Kitchen
• Little Baxter
• Pick Ups
• Managing five Conference & Events Spaces

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for driving operational excellence, commercial performance, and exceptional guest satisfaction while bringing the energetic Moxy brand personality to life every day.

 

Your Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operation of all food and beverage outlets.
• Create a vibrant atmosphere that delivers memorable guest experiences.
• Recruit, coach, develop, and inspire a talented and engaged team.
• Drive revenue and profitability through creative promotions, activations, and upselling initiatives.
• Manage labour costs, rostering, and operational productivity.
• Oversee purchasing, stock control, inventory management, and supplier partnerships.
• Ensure the highest standards of food safety, compliance, and workplace health and safety.
• Monitor budgets, financial performance, and profitability targets.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to maximise business opportunities and guest engagement.
• Deliver Marriott brand standards while continuously identifying opportunities to innovate and improve.
