Senior Resource Management Professional

SITEC is looking for an experienced Resource Management Professional (RMP) - Level 4 to join our growing team!

In this role, you'll help drive strategic planning, resource management, and investment decisions across complex Government programs. We're looking for a sharp, analytical professional who can turn data into meaningful insights, support leadership decisions, and keep programs moving forward.

  Support strategic planning, resource allocation, and investment decisions across multiple programs.

• →

  Track program requirements, budgets, milestones, and funding priorities.

• →

  Analyze financial trends, program performance, and resource needs across multiple fiscal years.

• →

  Support annual budget planning, investment reviews, and program execution activities.

• →

  Develop clear, impactful reports, dashboards, and executive-level briefings.

• →

  Collaborate with Government leadership and cross-functional teams to identify challenges and recommend solutions.

• →

  Utilize tools such as Tableau, Microsoft Excel, and other business systems to analyze and present data.

• 16 years of combined experience in DoD/IC resource management, program management, contract management, and/or financial management.

• Bachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.

• Strong understanding of Government budgeting, resource planning, and program management processes.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable recommendations.

Education/Experience Substitutions:

• 19 years of relevant experience plus PMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II certification in lieu of a bachelor's degree.

• 21 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree and the specified certifications.

• Experience with strategic portfolio management and Government investment planning.

• Proficiency with Tableau and Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, slicers, and pivot charts.

• Experience supporting senior leadership with financial analysis and executive presentations.

• Lean Six Sigma training is a plus!
