We are looking for a driven and analytical Strategy and Operations Associate to support strategic initiatives and operational excellence within a fast-growing, AI-focused technology environment. In this role, you will contribute to high-impact projects by combining data analysis, strategic thinking, and hands-on project execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams spanning product, engineering, data science, and go-to-market functions to help turn business priorities into actionable plans. Strategic Initiative Support: Assist in researching, analyzing, planning, and executing strategic projects and business initiatives. Help translate organizational priorities into structured plans and actionable recommendations.

Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Conduct detailed quantitative and qualitative analyses, identify trends, monitor key performance indicators, and generate insights to support informed business decisions.

Project Management and Execution: Develop project plans, establish success metrics, track milestones, monitor deliverables, and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure initiatives remain aligned with priorities and objectives.

Process Improvement: Identify operational challenges, assess existing workflows, and contribute to developing and implementing practical solutions that improve efficiency and organizational performance.

Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in strategy, operations, business analytics, consulting, or a related field is preferred, particularly within high-growth startups or consulting environments.
