Lakehouse Server Assistant (Seasonal, Full-Time)

This is a temporary seasonal role expected to run through January 10, 2027, with potential opportunities for extension and/or permanent placement based on performance and business needs.

We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our relaxing, outdoor poolside restaurant, The Lakehouse. Inspired by local waters, vegetation and farms of the south, take ease with familiar favorites and southern comforts. 

• →Assist food servers and bartenders with the serving of food, set-up and clearing of china, glass, and silver 
• →Polish glassware and stocking the bar and lounge with the appropriate glassware, linens, and other tools for service 
• →Organize and clean back of house area, dry goods and operating supplies requisitions 

• Background in fine dining or resort experience is preferred, emphasis on high volume  
• Prior experience of 1-2 years working in Food & Beverage 

• A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers. 
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently. 
• Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions. 
• High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team. 
• Must be fluent in English and possess legal work authorization in the United States. 

• The following temporary position will work full-time hours.
• A successful candidate will have a flexible schedule, ability to work weekends and holidays.
