✓Administer variable pay programs, allowances, collective bargaining agreements, and country-specific union or statutory salary increases.
✓Develop and maintain job architecture, including job profiles, descriptions, families, grades, and pay scales, to support competitive and consistent compensation structures.

✓Maintain accurate job and compensation structures within Workday, working with HR data teams to ensure pay scales and system configurations are up to date.
✓Contribute to total rewards strategy and coordinate with benefits specialists to ensure alignment across compensation and benefits programs.
✓Oversee internal and external compensation reporting, audits, and salary surveys.
✓Develop broader Total Rewards knowledge through benefits cross-training and ongoing learning, supporting cross-functional collaboration and coverage.
✓Contribute to ad hoc HR projects and other responsibilities as required.
✓Annual salary range: $93,662–$110,000, depending on experience, geographic location, and applicable contractual requirements. Actual compensation may fall outside this range.
✓Fully remote work arrangement.
✓Full flexible workweek options to support work-life balance.
✓Medical insurance options, including plans with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).

✓401(k) retirement plan with employer matching and pre-tax and post-tax contribution options.
✓Typically 15 days of paid leave per calendar year for vacation, personal needs, and illness, prorated based on hire date.
✓10 paid holidays annually, prorated based on hire date.
✓Up to 160 hours of paid family leave within a rolling 12-month period for eligible employees.
✓Additional paid leave options for parental, military, bereavement, and jury duty needs.
✓Short- and long-term disability coverage.
✓Life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, personal accident, critical illness, and business travel accident insurance.
✓Access to career development resources, including an AI-powered career tool and internal mobility support.
✓Opportunities for professional growth, learning, and cross-functional development.
