• Salary of $100,000 to $110,000 per year, plus bonus potential

• →Lead daily prep, line execution, and service in a high-volume kitchen
• →Coach, schedule, and develop cooks, sous chefs, and dishwashers
• →Control food cost, labor, ordering, and inventory to hit targets
• →Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health code standards
• →Partner with front-of-house leaders to deliver smooth, hot, on-time service

• Proven Executive Chef or Sous Chef experience in high-volume, full-service kitchens
• Strong command of P&L, food cost, and labor management
• Natural leader who trains, motivates, and holds a team accountable
• Deep knowledge of scratch cooking and consistent plate presentation
• Calm under pressure with flexible availability for nights and weekends
