• マウンター、リフロー炉（真空リフローを含む）、印刷機、SPI（はんだ印刷検査機）、AOI（自動外観検査機）等の設備選定
• 生産ラインのレイアウト設計、設備仕様の検討・決定
• 設備導入、立ち上げ、試運転および性能検証

• 車載品質基準（IATF 16949、IPC-A-610等）に準拠した実装プロセスの構築
• リフロープロファイル、メタルマスク設計等のプロセス条件の設定・最適化
• 品質・生産性を考慮した製造プロセスおよび作業標準の確立

• ValeoグループのSMT標準仕様・プロセスの導入
• グローバル標準をベースとした日本工場向けのプロセス最適化

• 事業を支える重要プロジェクト: 次世代のEV・自動運転にも対応するライティングシステムに関わるECU／LDMの生産体制構築を担う、重要なプロジェクトです。
• ゼロからの組織・ライン作り: これまでのご経験や知見を活かし、SMTラインの設備・プロセスをゼロから構築していくことができます。将来的には組織づくりにも携わっていただけます。
• グローバルな技術ネットワーク: グループのグローバルな技術・ノウハウを活用しながら、専門性をさらに高められる環境です。

• 本ポジションのレポートラインとなるチームは10名程度です。
• 本ポジションが担当するチームはこれから組織づくりを進める段階で、入社時点ではメンバーは未配置となります。
  
  まずは他チームと連携しながらプロジェクトを推進し、将来的にはメンバーの採用・組織構築も担っていただく想定です。

• 車載電装製品におけるSMT（表面実装）プロセスの実務経験（5年以上）
  例：車載ECU、パワーモジュール、インバータ、センサー等の基板実装経験
• SMTラインの「新規立ち上げ」または「設備入れ替え・プロセス最適化」を主導した経験
• 車載品質管理体系の知見（IATF16949、IPC-A-610 CLASS 3等の理解）
• 英語：日常会話レベル（Valeo海外拠点や海外設備メーカーとのやり取り、技術文書解読で使用）　※翻訳ツール等を使ってメール作成できる方であればOK
• 日本語：日常会話レベル

• マネジメント経験（メンバーの育成・管理、予算管理、またはプロジェクトリーダー経験）
• 日本語：ビジネスレベル
• 英語：ビジネスレベル

Valeo Japan consists of four divisions:

１）　Power Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions related to thermal management, comfort, and electric powertrains to accelerate electrification.

２）　Brain Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions to accelerate ADAS and reinvent the interior experience.

３）　Light Division: Designs, develops, and manufactures products and solutions for "Lighting Everywhere."

４）　Valeo Service Division: Handles after-sales services for all products across divisions 1～3.

*This position is within the Light Division.

• Select equipment including mounters, reflow ovens (including vacuum reflow), printers, SPI (Solder Paste Inspection), and AOI (Automated Optical Inspection).
• Design production line layouts and define equipment specifications.
• Oversee equipment installation, line bring-up, commissioning, and performance validation.

• Establish surface-mount processes compliant with automotive quality standards (IATF 16949, IPC-A-610, etc.).
• Set up and optimize process conditions, such as reflow profiles and stencil design.
• Establish manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) focused on quality and productivity.

• Implement Valeo Group's SMT standard specifications and processes.
• Optimize processes for the Japanese plant based on global standards.

• Critical Project Supporting Business Growth: Play a pivotal role in establishing the production setup for ECUs/LDMs used in next-generation lighting systems for EVs and automated driving.
• Building Lines and Teams from Scratch: Leverage your experience and expertise to build SMT lines and processes from the ground up, with opportunities to lead team building in the future.
• Global Technical Network: Expand your expertise by utilizing the Valeo Group's global technical network and know-how.

• The direct reporting team currently consists of approximately 10 members.
• The team for this specific role is in its setup phase; no direct reports are assigned at the time of joining.
• You will initially drive the project in collaboration with other teams, and are expected to handle recruitment and organizational setup for your team in the future.

• Work-from-Home (WFH): Available approximately once a week

• 5+ years of practical experience in SMT (Surface Mount Technology) processes for automotive electronic products (e.g., PCB assembly for automotive ECUs, power modules, inverters, sensors, etc.)
• Proven track record of leading new SMT line bring-ups, equipment replacements, or process optimizations
• Solid understanding of automotive quality management systems (e.g., IATF 16949, IPC-A-610 Class 3)
• English: Conversational level (Used for communicating with Valeo global sites and overseas equipment manufacturers, and reading technical documentation. Candidates who can draft emails using translation tools are welcome.)
• Japanese: Conversational level

• Management experience (team development/management, budget management, or project leadership)
• Japanese: Business level
