Restaurant Manager - White Cottage

Description

You will be responsible for the efficient operation of White Cottage Restaurant, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and Brand Standards while consistently meeting the expectations of associates, guests and owners.

As Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the overall operations of the restaurant, poolside service, and In-room Dining, ensuring exceptional guest experiences through outstanding service, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. Working closely with the culinary team, you will ensure the highest standards of food and service while enhance the guest experience and drive revenue growth.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in restaurant operations within luxury hospitality or high-end free-standing restaurant concepts, with premium steakhouse or fine dining experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, premium food and beverage service.
• Demonstrated experience in driving operational excellence, financial performance, cost control, service standards, and team development.
• WSET Level 2 or higher preferred. Restaurant Management, Sommelier, HACCP, or Food Safety certifications preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
