Responsibilities

→Responsible for sales performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring area’s sales are achieving the assigned target.
→Responsible for product penetration performance in the assigned region/area. Ensuring KPIs for product penetration are achieved.
→Distributor management in the assigned region/area. Ensure all KPI’s parameters are met.

Manpower management in the assigned region/area.
→
Area Coverage: East Java + Outer Islands (Bali, Sulawesi, & Kalimantan)

QUALIFICATIONS:

→Extensive working experience in Consumer Goods sector
→Experienced in managing distributions to Consumer Retail Market (both Modern & Traditional channel)
→Good proficiency in English is a plus
