To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

Completed university education, degree required in Electrical Engineering or Technical degree with at least 3 years of experience in the field
2 years of experience in B2B or Technical Sales.
Minimum of 2 - 3 years of commercial experience in sales of differentiated products that require cost-benefit analysis, pencil selling, and problem-solving.
2-3 years of experience in the electrical field (ICE, CNFL, etc.)
Advance Knowledge in Excel, Power BI and Salesforce.
Advance English level.
B1 Driver License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Availability to travel.
Technical skills, ability to handle pneumatic and electric tools.
Results-oriented, able to work under pressure, integrity, collaborative
Negotiation skills.
Have your own list of contacts is a big plus!

Work Location: This role follows a remote working model, requiring the employee to report to the main office located in Heredia, Costa Rica.
Travel: May include up to 60%
Relocation: N/A
