Must be motivated to build rapport with customers over the phone and make the most of each lead provided to them. Successful Online Sales Managers demonstrate consistent drive to empower and support customers through the online sales process and take advantage of our ongoing training programs to maximize earning potential. The goal for this position is to convert each customer interaction into 401 Auto customers for life and to generate referrals!
- 401 Auto Financing supplies our Online Sales Managers with fresh, new, motivated to purchase Tier-1 leads each and Every Month!
- No Auto Sales or Financing (F&I) experience? No problem! We train all Sales Team members in Online Auto Sales and related financing skills. This allows our employees to maximize their earning potential by receiving the commission on the front end of the sale as well as on the finance reserve, warranty, insurance and other related products.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Must be comfortable creating relationships and rapport over the phone
- →Work closely with customers to identify their wants and needs in a vehicle and work with lenders to satisfy those needs
- →Produce a high volume of calls and maintain a large portfolio of customers
- →Discuss and educate customers on current lender requirements
- →Monitor DealerTrack and use CRM to schedule appointments with customers and maintain ongoing communication
- →Consult with Financial Institutions to obtain funding options
- →Collect and review information and documents before sending applications to Financial Institutions
- →Call and follow up with customers as per training, policies and procedures for our online financial sales division
- →Follow all OMVIC regulations at all times
Requirements
~1 min read- Minimum of 2 years Sales experience (automotive sales experience will move you to the front of the line)
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude; must be a team player
- Strong computer skills
- Valid G Driver's License and acceptable driving record
- OMVIC Certification is a plus
