We are looking for a Sales Representative to support the expansion of operations in Northeast Mexico.

This role will be responsible for developing the regional market, managing key accounts, and identifying new business opportunities, acting as a trusted advisor to clients by offering tailored industrial solutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience in industrial or technical sales
  • Experience working with CRM or ERP systems (preferred)
  • Advanced Spanish and English communication skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned region

  • Proactive, results-driven, and self-managed
  • Strong commercial mindset and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales development across Northeast Mexico (Nuevo León, Coahuila, Tamaulipas)
  • Develop and manage key accounts, building long-term business relationships
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and market research
  • Conduct client visits, presentations, and negotiations
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and oversee projects from initiation to completion
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Provide regular updates on sales performance, challenges, and opportunities
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking activities
