Adora has a growing roster of enterprise customers and continues to see strong demand from performance marketing organizations. As a result, we are expanding our sales team to support a rapidly growing pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

Adora is seeking an experienced enterprise seller based in New York to drive new business with leading brands. This role is ideal for someone excited about the impact of AI on the industry and who thrives in a fast-growing environment.

You will work directly with marketing leaders and teams at enterprise organizations. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build customer relationships, and lead complex sales cycles while helping expand Adora’s presence in the market.

 
Enterprise Business Development:
Develop and close new business opportunities with leading brands, owning the full enterprise sales cycle from initial engagement through contract.

Strategic Sales Execution:
Lead complex sales processes for Adora’s AI platform, working across multiple stakeholders to establish new enterprise customers.

Executive Relationships:
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior marketing leaders, helping them evaluate how Adora can support their digital campaign strategy and performance goals.

Cross-Functional Leadership:
Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to share market insights and ensure customer needs inform product development.

Industry Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of developments across digital advertising, performance marketing, and AI to effectively position Adora in a rapidly evolving market.
  • A driven sales expert with 7+ years of experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, particularly targeting performance marketers.
  • Demonstrated success in high-value sales processes and customer relationship management.
  • Excited about AI technologies and their application in the digital advertising space.
  • Self-starter who thrives on building systems, nurturing client relationships, and exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communicator, capable of explaining complex technology in an accessible manner.
