Join the growing Sensient Colors Latin America sales team as a Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you’ll be responsible for initiating and maintaining sales and service with customers, and for qualifying prospects for purposes of market maintenance/penetration for a designated sales territory, in this case Mexico.
You’ll connect primarily via phone and online meetings, with occasional field visits to key accounts, analyzing and qualifying customer information, implementing account sales strategies, pricing and preparing quotations, communicating appropriate information to management, and maintaining related records and customer files.
This opportunity is 100% office based in Lerma.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the full inside sales process by accepting orders, closing sales, maintaining customer records, completing required documentation, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- →Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive account management, including initial and follow-up calls, qualifying customer needs, identifying sales potential, and coordinating with field sales teams for territory opportunities.
- →Coordinate closely with internal departments on operational matters such as certificates, invoicing, inventory availability, lead times, carriers, pick-ups, technical support, and sample requests to ensure efficient customer service and business continuity.
- →Support business growth and team development by supporting colleagues, identifying process improvements, generating new business ideas, following up on samples and technical projects, and collaborating with product management and sales leadership to maximize opportunities.
- Either B2B sales experience, technical experience, customer service, etc. No sales experience required, as long as you have experience directly working with clients, and got the drive to win, and a curious mind.
- Solid understanding of business, financials, products, the market and the needs of assigned accounts.
- Strong interpersonal, telephone, personal computer, verbal and written skills, along with problem solving skills and the ability to be enterprising.
- Conversational level of English, and ambition to improve it.
