ACG_3623_JOB Our client is a leading technology company who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm. Promote the company as a leading rail competence provider in the region. Develop a strong understanding of the local customer base, competitor landscape, and potential partner network. Identify new sales opportunities through networking, proactive industry monitoring, and market research. Identify and follow up on relevant public and private tenders from the early stages, then forward them to the company’s head office for assessment. Provide local insights and input to support tender preparation by the company’s head office when required. Build and maintain relationships with local rail customers, while understanding their needs, requirements, and constraints. Search for and identify suitable rail partners for the company, initiate first contact, and prepare partner profile dossiers for assessment by the company’s head office. Schedule and prepare meetings and presentations for the company’s global rail experts with potential customers and partners. Maintain a realistic long-term sales pipeline for multi-domain rail projects. Develop familiarity with local and regional rail associations and provide recommendations on upcoming symposiums and trade fairs. Record all business development and sales activities in the company’s CRM system. Compile local rail regulations and forward them to the company’s head office. Prepare regular status reports covering activities, deal closures, and follow-up actions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with a proactive go-to-market mindset and the ability to build connections with diverse stakeholders. Good presentation skills. Fluent in spoken and written English, with a minimum proficiency level of B2. Mobile, flexible, and willing to travel for business across the region. Male candidates are required.
