About the role

The Business Development Manager Nordics will play a leading role in defining and executing AMPECO's short—and long-term sales and business development strategies in the Nordic region.

Jointly with the VP of Sales and Business Development Europe, define and execute AMPECO's Sales and Business Development strategy in the Nordic region;

Perform outbound reach and consultative selling to create, develop, and close high-value opportunities in the Nordic region (prime targets being Charge Point Operators);

Perform key account management on selected strategic clients;

Identify and develop sales-driven partnerships with local thought leaders and influencers (consultancies, tech companies)

Provide proactive market intelligence;

Collaborate closely with the Marketing team for local campaigns/events;

Attend local events and generally be AMPECO's face in the region.

Previous experience in e-mobility sector in Nordic region is a MUST;

5+ years of solid experience in consultative selling, preferably in enterprise software;

Thought leader in e-mobility bringing a local network of target accounts and partners;

Must be proactive and take ownership of the market;

Hunter mentality;

Expertise to build and maintain relationships from scratch and present a personable and charismatic approach;

Based in the Nordic region;
