As our Head of Inbound Sales, you are the person who bridges the gap between high-level business strategy and the heat of the sales floor. You aren’t just reporting the numbers, you're the reason the numbers are going up. You own the culture, the coaching, and the commercial discipline of a multi-layered sales organization.
Your job is to build a scalable, high-velocity revenue machine. You’ll lead a team of Agents, Team Leaders, and Managers, turning them into a cohesive unit that doesn’t just "take orders," but builds value and closes with conviction.
Our inbound sales team receive inbound calls generated through a range of marketing activities from your marketing team in the UK. They support our UK customers, focusing on conversion of those warm leads in to sales.
