We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Head to independently drive all hiring efforts for Apna’s. This role requires a strong recruiting leader with deep expertise in scaling talent acquisition strategies, building high-quality candidate pipelines, and partnering closely with business leaders to meet strategic hiring needs.

• →13-15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition managing both Tech-Product & Business Hiring to build talent density in the org across the board.
• →Strong exposure towards distribution org hiring.
• →Ability to operate independently as the Business HR SPOC, with strong execution discipline.
• →Excellent communication, stakeholder management & problem-solving skills.
• →High ownership mindset with comfort in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• →Proficiency in Google Sheets, dashboards & ATS - HR systems is a must have.
