The Wholesale Planning & Account Services - NAM team leads the regional wholesale channel planning cycle end to end, bringing together merchandise planning, demand planning, and inventory allocation to support wholesale partners and deliver on regional business priorities. The team works closely with Commercial, Global Inventory Planning, Global Merchandise Planning, and omni-channel planning teams to translate account needs, market insights, and inventory considerations into coordinated plans that support order management, replenishment, and in-season decisions. Together, the team helps ensure wholesale accounts receive the right product, in the right quantities, at the right time, while reflecting regional nuances and strengthening cross-functional alignment.

  • Executing against wholesale service level targets, including fulfillment rate, on-time delivery, and order fulfillment accuracy across accounts
  • Managing the wholesale orderbook across prebook, in-season, and replenishment orders, validating orders against available inventory and supply plans, and maintaining accurate order prioritization rules
  • Optimizing shipment timing and phasing to maximize fill rates while protecting inventory health and margin
  • Partnering with Wholesale Sales to manage account expectations, delivery windows, and orderbook changes
  • Translating demand and inventory plans into wholesale order fulfillment decisions, balancing competing priorities across accounts under supply constraints
  • Developing and refining orderbook management practices that improve fill rate consistency and reduce fulfillment exceptions across wholesale accounts
  • Building deeper cross-functional partnerships with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Commercial teams to strengthen how the region anticipates and responds to supply constraints
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
  • You have 2+ years of experience in Allocation, Wholesale Operations, or a similar supply chain role
  • You have a solid understanding of orderbook management, including prebook, in-season, and replenishment order types
  • You have a working understanding of fill rate and service level optimization, and how inventory constraints affect order fulfillment
  • You have experience managing large volumes of orders across multiple accounts with strong attention to detail
  • You have strong Excel and data analysis skills, with the ability to investigate and resolve fulfillment issues
  • You are a clear and effective communicator, able to translate supply constraint trade-offs for commercial and planning partners
  • You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners
  • The salary range for this role is: CAD$62,000 - CAD$81,000
