Sales Manager

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets. Key Responsibilities : Lead and manage the sales team to achieve business and sales targets. Generate new business opportunities and acquire new customers. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. Lead negotiations and build strong client relationships. Monitor team performance and drive continuous sales growth. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of sales experience. Proven track record in sales and successful deal closure. Experience in leading and managing sales teams. Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and business development skills. Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets. No specific academic qualification required.
