Minimum of 5 years’ experience in channel sales or partner management within the enterprise technology, storage, or cloud infrastructure sectors
Strong understanding of channel ecosystems, particularly within storage, cloud, and data infrastructure (e.g., Azure, GCP, AWS)
Proven track record in developing and executing partner strategies that deliver measurable revenue growth
Experience working within an innovative technology organization; start-up experience is an advantage
Comfortable operating in ambitious or complex environments, with a demonstrated ability to navigate challenges and deliver results
Experience working effectively with geographically distributed teams across sales, solutions architecture, customer success, product, engineering, and marketing
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to use data and relationships to drive decision-making
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills across both technical and business stakeholders
A self-starter with a collaborative mindset, excellent organizational skills, and a drive for success
Willing and able to travel across the region as required (up to 50%)
