Authentic is seeking a sharp, creative, and highly attuned communications professional to join the company as Director, Executive Communications. This role sits within Corporate Communications and is responsible for shaping executive visibility, content strategy, and distribution across Authentic's leadership team, with primary responsibility for the Founder and Executive Chairman.

Reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Communications, you'll serve as an on-the-ground partner, identifying meaningful moments to develop content that advances both individual executive platforms and Authentic's broader business priorities. Approximately 70% of the role will focus on the Founder and Executive Chairman, with the remaining time dedicated to supporting executive communications and strategic counsel across the broader Executive Committee.

This is a highly visible individual contributor role. The Director will own both the strategy and execution of executive communications, partnering with internal teams and external creative resources to deliver high-impact content and thought leadership.

  • Develop and execute executive visibility strategies aligned with Authentic's corporate communications priorities.
  • Serve as the primary communications partner to the Founder and Executive Chairman while supporting broader executive positioning initiatives across the leadership team.
  • Identify opportunities to amplify Authentic's business priorities through executive storytelling.
  • Own and shape the Founder and Executive Chairman's brand across all channels by:
    • Ensuring consistency, authenticity, and alignment with Authentic's broader business and cultural vision.
    • Securing and executing high-impact speaking engagements, media opportunities, and social content.
  • While the Founder and Executive Chairman will be your primary executive partner, you'll also collaborate with the Executive Committee to provide strategic communications counsel and support key corporate initiatives.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop executive messaging that advances Authentic's corporate narrative and business priorities, with a primary focus on external communications.
  • Develop and execute executive communications strategies across multiple channels, balancing long-term planning with day-to-day execution.
  • Write and produce compelling content, including social media posts, talking points, messaging, and executive thought leadership.
  • Deliver a steady pipeline of dynamic content aligned with Authentic's corporate narrative that engages the Founder and Executive Chairman's audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, and other key platforms.
  • Identify opportunities for engagement and proactively create content that supports business growth.
  • Monitor social performance through reporting and analytics, using insights to continuously optimize reach and impact.
  • Partner with Authentic's internal content team and external freelancers to produce high-quality creative assets when appropriate.
  • Prepare and manage briefing materials and talking points for speaking engagements, interviews, panels, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Partner cross-functionally to support executive visibility around key company milestones, activations, announcements, and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate with photographers, creative partners, and other external service providers to execute best-in-class executive visibility initiatives.
