People Operations & Talent Acquisition Lead
Remote (Africa-focused)
Full-time
₦600,000 per month
The People Operations & Talent Acquisition Lead will own the end-to-end talent function — from sourcing and assessing candidates to matching and placing them with clients. This role sits at the core of the business and directly impacts hiring success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- → Build and maintain strong talent pipelines across multiple industries
- → Source candidates using creative and non-traditional methods
- → Conduct structured candidate screening and assessments
- → Translate client needs into clear candidate profiles
- → Match and present high-quality candidates to clients
- → Manage stakeholder communication (clients & internal teams)
- → Track hiring metrics (time-to-fill, quality of hire, etc.)
- → Improve and scale recruitment processes
Requirements
~1 min read- 3–4 years' experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or people operations
- Proven experience placing candidates across multiple roles/industries
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong talent judgment
- Structured thinking and problem-solving
- Stakeholder management
- Attention to detail
- Decision-making under ambiguity
- Clear and confident communication
- Ability to identify high-potential candidates beyond just CVs
- A proactive and resourceful sourcing approach
- Strong understanding of candidate–role fit (technical + cultural)

- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
