The Talent Management team is a close-knit, collaborative group dedicated to growing talent across the organization. This team in particular supports team members, front-line leaders, and mid-level leaders through thoughtfully designed development programs. Our team owns a suite of on-demand learning programs as well as three signature leadership development programs, all aimed at building the people-centered skills that drive Banner's mission forward. We work with purpose, support one another, and take pride in the meaningful impact our work has across the system.

The Talent Management Specialist will spend most of their time doing meaningful content development work. This role will focus on researching relevant topics, building learning materials across three distinct modalities, and ensuring new content is delivered on a monthly cadence. Talent Management Specialist collaborate with HR partners and internal stakeholders, draft communications, and track program metrics. Beyond content creation, they play a supporting role in two leadership development programs, helping coordinate participants, support live sessions, and manage communications. Occasional facilitation opportunities allow this person to bring the content they create to life.
