Join BAO and start your career in tech sales while earning uncapped commission and working with companies like SAP, Amazon, Salesforce, and Cisco. You’ll generate qualified meetings with executive-level buyers and partner directly with field sales teams to build real pipeline.

Unlike traditional SDR roles, you’ll have exposure to multiple high-tech clients and play a direct role in new logo acquisition. BAO is a proven launchpad for a successful career in tech sales—hundreds of alumni have gone on to build long-term careers in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with senior decision-makers at target accounts
  • Prospect into targeted accounts through high-volume outbound calling (150–200+ calls/day)
  • Open conversations with prospective clients and generate interest
  • Schedule qualified meetings and demos for field sales representatives
  • Collaborate closely with client sales teams
  • Launch your career with paid, specialized training through the BAO Training Academy
  • Master the core skills of B2B sales—prospecting, objection handling, CRM, pipeline management, and executive communication
  • Build high-income, transferable skills across tech, SaaS, and professional services
  • Earn a head start financially with a non-recoverable draw in your first 6 months

Requirements
