The Sales Manager will play a key role in driving sales performance for KEAN, leading day-to-day sales activities, converting high-value leads into closed deals, and ensuring consistency and continuity across the sales function.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Drive sales of KEAN high-budget properties, with ownership of the full sales cycle and deal closure.
- Manage and convert inbound leads from marketing campaigns, calls, and enquiries.
- Lead, support, and coordinate the KEAN sales team to ensure stable performance and coverage.
- Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns, lead quality, and conversion strategy.
- Develop and manage the partner network, including onboarding and performance follow-up.
- Conduct presentations, viewings, and negotiations with high-net-worth clients.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and KPIs, ensuring targets are met or exceeded.
- Represent bbf: and the KEAN project in client meetings and sales-related events.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales management or senior sales roles with high-ticket products.
- Strong track record of closing premium / high-value deals.
- Experience managing campaign-driven lead flows.
- Fluency in English; Greek and Russian is an advantage.
- Confident, presentable, and highly effective in client-facing and negotiation settings.
- Results-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
