BlastOne is a global leader in corrosion control and protective coatings. We’re seeking a proactive Inside Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and contributing to business growth.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with inside sales, customer service, or B2B sales experience who takes initiative, enjoys sales conversations, and wants long‑term career progression in a stable, growing business.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and proactively identifying new sales opportunities. You’ll work closely with Area Managers, workshop staff, and branch teams to ensure great customer outcomes and consistent revenue growth.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Proactively engage customers via inbound and outbound calls to grow repeat business
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across equipment, consumables, and services
- Prepare accurate, timely quotes and close sales opportunities
- Follow up quotes and leads to ensure no opportunity is missed
- Be the first point of contact for counter and phone sales
- Ensure pricing, stock availability, and delivery timelines are communicated clearly
- Maintain accurate sales data and order processing in internal systems
- Resolve order queries and discrepancies efficiently
- Work closely with Area Managers, workshop staff, and the broader branch team
- Assist with showroom operations and branch coordination as required
- Contribute ideas to improve processes and customer experience
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in sales or customer‑facing roles
- Confident communicator who’s comfortable picking up the phone
- Self‑motivated, organised, and results‑focused
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Desire to learn products and grow commercially
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- WHS knowledge (desirable, not essential)
